I have an older home, built in 1946, with wood framed windows. I measured inside the framing and came up with 58" x 15". We had one shutter missing when we bought the house and was worried we wouldn't be able to find shutters to match the rest of the shutters on the house being that the house was built in 1968. A little searching on Amazon provided exactly what we needed! They are lightweight and very easy to install.
