I like how you can adjust the timer and the heat levels. I read a lot on my tablet and after using this for 2 1/2 weeks it seems to be helping with my dry eyes, plus I use blue light reading glasses which makes it even better for the eyes.It's great for my dry eye condition and helps me get to sleep faster. I use this for my dry eyes: use morning and night. Very comfortable and love how silky it is.So far it seems to be working but I'm sure that it will even get better for my eyes. The only way that I know when it is finished is when the heat on the eyes from the mask starts to get cooler, then I know it has ended and I'm okay with that.
