Turn the dial on the remote until it lights up Th. Rev option. Then press either the + or - buttons, and it will reverse the direction of the motor. If this fixes it and you have full power going forward, then it's good to go. B.) If the prior fix only fixes the direction, but you end up having more power in reverse than in forward, your motor is hooked up wrong. Switch the wires around from the esc to the motor. If brushed, just switch the two.
