This really eases my shoulder joint pain. I ran out and boy did I suffer - the pain/discomfort was prohibiting me from falling asleep/staying asleep. 64F who has lived in AZ for 54 yrs. Believe it or not, the cold weather and stormy/rain really causes me pain and stiffness. When I take this consistently along w/my other daily supplements it REALLY helps.
