This product is worth every penny. Although I wish it was less expensive. It does help keep glucose levels at reasonable levels. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 15 mg/dL drop in fasting glucose in 12 days

I bought these and started taking them 14 days ago (so actually more like 12-13 days since I started taking them after the delivery). My fasting glucose with a lab test was 110 the day prior. Using the new glucose meter I bought on Amazon (OKRA PRO), my first reading with it today was 95. That's a 15 point decrease. I'm amazed. The one word of caution I have is I get very hungry... but I think that just means it's working :) Update: this supplement seems to be working so well that I'm getting headaches every day. not as a result of the ingredients, but it's an effect of too low of blood sugar (hypoglycemia). taking one in the morning and skipping the one I was taking with my lunch results in a slight headache, which is a major improvement over the persistent and strong one I had been getting each day from the 2 capsules I had been taking prior.
