The seller also sent me detailed concise instructions and PDF manual right away. I've used both the 1/2 and 3/8 wrenches, and it was really simple, and much easier to see than the typical manual torque wrench. Recommend! These folks are local in the USA and it is really impressive that they will recalibrate any of their wrenches any time for just a modest shipping fee. I trashed my Harbor Freight Torque Wrenches (one actually blew apart) and replaced them with an eTORK 1/2, 3/8 inch drive wrenches.
