It did not work for what I intended, and it's not big enough under the LR area rug, but that's where it is now -- with one 2x3' section cut and then nudged as best I could into the space of the rest that cutting it out to use it for a small rug left. Trimming was okay with a very sharp pair of fabric scissors I have. Agree with others that it is indeed slippery. This goes under our dining room table and with this pad under the rug, I can still move the table and rug around with ease. Would be great to use as furniture movers! Would not recommend for any use that does not include heavy furniture Too lazy to return since it is works under the table.
