When I contacted the company, all they offered was to “send another part,” even though I made it clear I already had to purchase a replacement myself just to get my car back on the road. All I wanted was reimbursement for the faulty part and the labor to have it replaced — that’s it. That’s all. I didn’t even ask them to cover the additional money I had to spend on brakes and rotors because of the damage their part caused. Instead, there was no real help, no accountability, and no compensation. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this product or seller.
