My hair used to be frizzy and just horrible to try and style or control. Now it's super relaxed and smooth and I will use this again many times. Only downside is that I have a very see sensitive scalp and so it turned out it burned quite a bit while waiting the 50 minutes after applying, and was left what I could consider small scars the day after that faded by the end of the day. Weird, I know. Me and my barber/hair stylist are going to play around with the rinse, since it specifies a 30 cold rinse and I believe it was left over residue that could have caused the scarring. But it's all gone now and my scalp seems totally fine so I'm going at it again when the effect wears off which should be another 3 months or so because this stuff seems to be lasting a long while!
