These by far are the best nonstick fry pans we have ever owned. You can fry an egg without even adding butter or oil. We have put these pans to the test to determine whether when sautéing or cooking anything the ingredient would stick to the ceramic. Well, I am happy to report that so far everything virtually slides off of the surface leaving no tough deposit stuck to the ceramic...making it extremely easy to clean. Outstanding products! I do have one minor compliant. Even though the handles are easy to grip and hang from a hook, when you wash the pans water collects in the hollow handle and is difficult to dry. We have yet to try to place these pans in the oven as they are promoted to be oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
