I'm in love with this bottle, I've been struggling with water bottles for so long...on one hand, you wanna bring a big bottle of water with you everywhere, but there's always not enough space in my backpack and I felt bad buying bottles of water every time as I thought how much plastic waste I'm producing...now I don't have to! I can bring this cute stylish thingy everywhere with me and use it every time!UPDATEI was very excited about this bottle. I bought two and made a video review. Used it for about 3 weeks and noticed this (picture). A hole in the joint. Wrote to the QUE team and in about a week got a replacement. Both bottles were collecting mold that wouldn`t clean up even in a dishwasher, I had to do it with a paper towel and my finger and still it wouldn`t work. I don`t want to drink moldy water.So the second bottle, the replacement that the QUE sent me, started insanely leaking from the cup, the water spilled over my backpack several times and the last one was on my camera. The first time we used it, the bottle split on the expansion seam. After seven months, the rubber split and made it useless. This was the second time this product produced a hole. The company kindly replaced our first water bottle which came with a hole.————-This is a great water bottle! I purchased it for my middle schooler (apparently, these are quite trendy) and he loves it. It seems to be durable and the soft exterior makes it easy to fit into backpacks. The first one we received had a minor defect so I emailed the company and they responded right away and immediately sent a new one. Needless to say, I’m impressed with their customer service!
