I fought for awhile with screwdrivers and hammers to get them open. Out of exasperation I did a YouTube search to see if anyone had any suggestions. One video showed a 6 year boy use this tool and open the bucket in a minute! It works!! I may never need to use this again but I'm glad I found it. It applies just the right leverage to break the dried paint on the seal and pop the lid. Also the one I was sent was green not black as shown. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When you need it you really need and this tool works *by A***E on January 3, 2025* It's not a tool you need everyday, unless you deal with buckets with lids everyday, but when you need to remove a lid it's almost impossible without a tool like this. I've removed several stubborn lids from bucket with no damage to the tool and minor damage to lids. It's the perfect size for comfort and leverage.
