The meds just have not been working as I coughed all the time and have tried all kinds of natural treatments and did get some re-leaf from them. I had heard about Himalayan salt before but passed it by because of all the talk about salt being bad for you. Well, hallelujah I tried it and on day 10 I am breathing better than I have in years! I made my sole water and started with a teaspoon a day for four days and started a tablespoon. I made myself an inhaler with the fine salt and did it for a couple of days and it helped, but then I decided to use my nebulizer to vaporize it and WOW is all I can say.....I felt like crap a few days and new I was going thru a healing crises and coughing from deep down with much mucus coming up. On day nine it started to break up,still coughing,just less and today is the most amazing I have felt in so long. I am not even wheezing,I always wheeze!
