Looks like a very thick trash like plastic. **Q: what are the dimensions of these liners?** A: These items typically have specs associated with them. I’d look there first. If that’s a “dry hole” google the manufacturer. For me, these fit a Jumbo Booda Dome litter box. We do use some tape to hold it to the edges, ensuring the liner stays in place. Our cat likes to dig and cover her business and this product has superior durability. **Q: Size in inches please !!!!!** A: The size in the description is obviously the size of the box.
