I figured that may be the infused oils or just that it was new and decided to keep it. Now, 2 1/2 months later, it works at only one speed and overheats. I only use it one to 3 times per week and always make sure the screen is clean! It took my last hot air brush 4 years to give out. So, naturally I'm very disappointed in the lack of longevity with this one.
