I wanted to try this glutamine supplement because I have been reading more and more about BCAA’s and how lifting can deplete the body and how a good after workout supplement can speed recovery and help build muscle rather than losing it due to the depletion. I like that the serving is just one scoop (it always bugs me when companies include a tiny scoop and tell you to have three – why? Just include a decent sized scoop!), I do notice a slightly undesirable aftertaste, but it isn’t like it tastes horrible, it tastes like a vitamin I guess, which it kind of is I suppose. I have to say that I noticed an almost immediate reaction! Normally, when I leave the gym, I can feel all my muscles shaking a little and that can last a while – after I get home or to work and take a shower. All three days I worked out this week and took this supplement, the muscle fatigue was gone within a few minutes! I think that is a really good sign. I haven’t taken it long enough to tell you that my muscles have suddenly increased noticeably or anything magical, but I am really pleased so far and highly recommend this after workout supplement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious and easy to mix *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2017* I've been trying to go to the gym more often, however have had a hard time eating anything before I go in the morning. Although I think this stuff is meant for after the workout, it seems to be just the thing to give me a little more energy beforehand. At first I wasn't sure of the flavor since I didn't know what to expect. In my opinion, it's a sweet grapefruit flavor, and from the second day on, I've really enjoyed drinking this. I just mix it with water and it dissolves very well.
