**Q: What seasonings are in it?**
A: Salt, pepper and other seasonings.  Very good for chicken and pork.

**Q: Would someone please compare with Dixie Fry?**
A: It’s much, much better. I can never get Dixie Fry to get crispy enough with out being too dark. This cooks great and the taste is much better!

**Q: Is this four packs of 10 oz. product equaling 40 oz., or just 10 oz. of product with four packs inside?**
A: It is four boxes...40 oz total

This is the best seasoned flour we’ve tried on the market and enables you to make fried chicken at home that tastes better than most restaurants.  Our local grocery store stopped carrying this product so we were pleaser to find it here.  We will buy again and again.

    Far and away the best coating for friend chicken

I've been using this for years, and it is, without question, the best coating I've ever used for fried chicken. It's powdery, so it adheres well to chicken which has been dipped in whipped eggs; it's crisps well and is flavorful. Cold chicken the next day is even better.
