I have a background in science and healthcare, so I decided to try SOD. This was the best decision I’ve made in years. I use a good quality soap to keep my skin clean, then SOD cream. That’s it. It not only works as well as multiple expensive products I was using, I can use it on my hands for chapping in the winter and on my elbows knees and other problem spots. It works faster than any other product I have tried.
