You didn't actually close the zipper on the inside cover and when she peed it leaked right through into the foam. I see that the zipper was stuck, so someone must have just decided to leave it open. We didn't know this or we would have returned it. This feature is the only reason we bought it. Now we have to wait until we can afford another one after Christmas as we've spent $1000 on her meds alone this month.
