**Q: Is the dummy alive?**
A: Uhhhhh.....no.

**Q: does the eyes move?**
A: The eyes on the Slappy doll do not move.  They are in a fixed position looking straight forward.

**Q: is it large size like the movies..? or its small?**
A: Yes, it's the basic size of a true Ventriloquist doll; like the movie. I was very pleased and my son loves it being a Goosebumps fan.

**Q: Does it come alive or not please reply back =(**
A: Only if you make it come alive.

My kid loves this thing, I think it's beyond creepy. It is made really well, and for the price is well worth it. My only complaint would be that the shoes and pants don't stay on very well, but you could pin or sew the pants if you wanted.
