Review: Extremely Useful - Extremely useful book. I bought this as a required text for a college course. But you don't need a college degree to get a lot of mileage from this. The book starts with Ohm's law and resistors and takes you through the entire scope of electronics. By the end you'll be building computers from scratch. Special sections on high frequency circuits and low voltage devices. I commonly return to this text to refresh my knowledge and solve problems that arise at work. If you're interested in tinkering with electronics I highly recommend it. The concrete example circuits are helpful, as are the examples of common mistakes.

Extremely useful book. I bought this as a required text for a college course. But you don't need a college degree to get a lot of mileage from this.
