The bright white finish also reflects heat nicely, which helps keep the inside cooler. Definitely feels durable and built to last. Included a picture. Roof was treated a week earlier so some dirt and leaves are on roof. Hardest part is the prep before applying.

Just clean the roof very well, tape your seams, brush on around the air units and vents and roll on the rest of the roof with a medium knap micro fiber roller. I did my 35 ft motorhome for under $600 including 3 rolls of seam tape. Much cheaper and better than replacing a whole roof with membrane. What's better is that it's totally waterproof. A must for all rv's.

**Q: Does this product require a primmer if applied to a epdm rubber roof?**
A: It is not required, however we do recommend using our EPDM Rinse Cleaner. The cleaner promotes maximum adhesion for the top coat by removing any carbon buildup that may exist as well as any dirt and loose material on the surface.

**Q: what is the coverage of 5 gallons ?**
A: A 5 gallon of Marlin Silicone Top Coat will cover around 300 sqft.

**Q: Once cured, how thick is the rubber costing? Is the coating flexible like regular silicone rubber? Can it be coated more than once after cure? Thanks!**
A: Yes, the coating is flexible and can be coated more than once. In regards to thickness, it all depends on your application rate. For example, if you apply one gallon of product over a 60 sqft area that will give you a cured thickness of around 25mils.

**Q: How do I thin out this product? Can I use regular paint thinner?**
A: do not thin....it is 100 % silicone

Saved my home, couldn't afford to pay someone to coat or replace my flat vinyl roof. Found this stuff and purchased 25 gallons to apply myself. Cleaned surface real well, applied with a roller on a mild day. Put it on think, it self levels almost to a smooth shine. Been a year no problems.
