Converting voltage from US item to UK (especially when its a heating device) can only be done safely with a voltage converter (given the UK uses almost double voltage) not just an adaptor therefore under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 this item is not fit for purpose. Don't waste your time and money. I've reported this to desertcart who I hope will act on this.
