I got this product in the hopes to stop smoking.  I have not used it yet because I put it in a drawer when we were having an open house and keep forgetting to get it back out.  I will try to remember to get it out and start using it.  Make sure you read all the directions that come with it.  I thought you could put it on and wear it all the time but evidently you are only supposed to use it for a few hours at a time. I really look forward to using this product. I will use it over the weekend and see how it does.
