Review: Surprisingly helpful! - This works surprisingly well! My smell (particularly in one nostril) has been gone for years and I didn’t think it would ever come back. So naturally I had very low expectations but wanted to try anyways—the safety risks that come with very poor smell are not great. I have actually noticed that on days when I do use it, I am more aware of smells throughout the day. If I forget to use it the next day, the same benefit does not carry over. Following the directions carefully also makes a difference in how well it works for me. I would be interested in more scents to continue retraining my nose.

This works surprisingly well! My smell (particularly in one nostril) has been gone for years and I didn’t think it would ever come back. So naturally I had very low expectations but wanted to try anyways—the safety risks that come with very poor smell are not great. I have actually noticed that on days when I do use it, I am more aware of smells throughout the day. If I forget to use it the next day, the same benefit does not carry over. Following the directions carefully also makes a difference in how well it works for me. I would be interested in more scents to continue retraining my nose.
