Also, their shipping was free whereas others said only a sample was free, but you'd pay shipping for a full purchase.We ordered a few extra "just in case" but there were no breaks, despite marble being a soft stone, but we were glad we did since here and there we didn't love particular pieces (some had little cracks inside the stone itself or holes, others had a slightly off cut or were angled a bit off on the sheet) so we made piles of "best," "fine," and "only use if necessary" for our tilers and it worked out since the installed backsplash is flawless.The only thing I might've marked down a quarter to half a star for was that a couple sheets seemed to have some yellowish substance on the tiles in a couple spots. It was not very noticeable (and wasn't just stone color variation) but once you saw it, it became pretty glaring since it was almost neon. I don't know if my tiler cut those parts off (or if they cleaned off?) but it was maybe 3-4 sheets of 35 and only 1-2 smallish spots on those, so really not a huge deal. All in all, you have to buy extra for cuts, so those just became cut pieces. Also, I never contacted the seller about it, so I imagine they'd have replaced them if I'd requested it, but as I said, this was not necessary. I expect some variation in color, cut, placement, as you're dealing with natural stone and small pieces so as long as it's not a large portion, for these prices, I have no complaints.Also, it's worth noting that these mosaics do have quite a bit of gray throughout. They are not solid white. We wanted that variation with the mix of gray and white, so I was pleased, but if you're looking for a pure white marble mosaic, this isn't it. There were a couple spots with a tiny bit of brown variation mixed in as well, but very minimal. As I said, we sorted our tiles ahead of time so our preferred colors/patterns would be the ones in the main viewing area and that worked splendidly.We are incredibly happy with this purchase and absolutely recommend using Stone Center Online. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stunning *by M***N on September 10, 2012* I sampled a few pieces and thought it was very nice. I waited several weeks before ordering the bulk of the tile to complete my project. Unfortunately, the subsequent delivery was from a different lot and lacked the gray veining and was mostly white. Not to my liking nor did it match the original sample. The seller worked with me and eventually I ended up with the color variation that I wanted. However, it wasn't until the mosaic was up on the wall and grouted did I realize just how beautiful it really is. Hope you enjoy the pictures (attached to the product) of the shower cubby and the finished bathroom wall. Fortunately, I did not try to install myself. My tiler said that on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most difficult to install, that I had chosen an 8. Lot's of cutting tiny pieces of tile in order to fill in when you get to an adjoining wall or counter. I paid up the nose for the labor because of it. Beautiful stuff at a great price. Such a good price that I bought more to extend the area that I wanted to tile. When I got the extra amount, it was a completely different thickness by 1/8"--quite a difference when you expect the area to flow.
