Greatly improved our swimming experience. Very happy and impressed. Minor issue with a small leak on the top of the bypass valve that I'm looking into. And the mats don't want to lay completely flat.(That's me being picky and also may be the installation) I do recommend this product as it does work and is a great price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***K on 10 September 2020* Got the two-pack with connection kit, and to be honest, it was quite a job to get it installed - probably spent 4 hours cutting, assembling, running to the hardware store for extra hoses and pipes for my setup, and installing on the roof. I wouldn't consider the setup to be perfect, but it does do what it's supposed to do - as long as there's DIRECT SUN on it. I know this seems obvious, but I had kind of hoped that there would be SOME benefit to running it even if there was some cloud coverage, but there IS NOT. On a nice sunny day, it probably raises the temperature of my 16' round 48" deep pool (about 4200 gallons) about 6 degrees over the course of 6 hours (from about 10:30am to 4:30pm). The Intex pool I use loses almost that much over the course of a 60 degree night, so I'm usually running the heater every day to maintain the temperature I want (we like 86-88 degrees if we have the choice). I live in a very temperate climate (usually high 50's/low 60s at night and mid 70's during the day) so your results may vary. I have had a couple instances of a few warm days in a row, and it definitely can get the pool pretty warm. I've turned the heater off when its gotten to 90 degrees a couple times. Anyway, I'm glad we purchased the system , and it definitely works a lot faster than the solar cover/heater we keep on the pool when its not in use (but I suspect using both is a good way to go!). Also you DON'T want to run this after sunset, or before sunrise, as it also make a great pool cooler.
