I am in my 60’s and it really helps me sleep. I particularly notice it when I skip taking it and I end up having a restless night. I heard about Epitalon Khavinson Peptides and started doing some research. You can google that online and there is a ton of information about it if you want the details. Basically this peptide helps your pineal gland in your brain. That is the gland that produces melatonin and as we age it slows down production. They have done some amazing research on Khavinson Peptides and it has been proven to help that gland and restore a natural method of producing melatonin in your body. How to use this: You will use the whole bottle in a 20-day period of time. To administer spray 3 times under the tongue twice daily - once after breakfast and another after your mid-day meal or light snack. After using up the bottle (after 20 days) you stop taking it. They recommend doing this regime again in 4-6 months on an ongoing basis. I am giving this a try after looking at all the research. I will see how things go after 20 days and if I can stop taking melatonin, or reduce my melatonin dose.
