The only thing that could make this better is if I didn't have to put it in the microwave each time I want to use it. Sometimes I use it downstairs and that's more convenient because I am near the kitchen, but when I want to use it at night and I'm already upstairs it's kind of a hassle to have to go down to the kitchen to heat it. Just pop in microwave and make sure it is not too hot. The beads adjust to your face and eye shape. It does not produce moist heat for me nor does it stay warm for more than 10 minutes. Moving on to brand that runs off of a battery charge.
