Review: Gimmicky but... - A little gimmicky, yeah, but there's also some value here. It's great for releasing tight paraspinal and foot muscles, and has some value for building core stability with some supine mat/reformer/tower repertoire. Not in my top 3-4 props, but great in certain situations.

A: No difference. Just a different color.

**Q: what is the black strap showing on the decription photo, a carry strap ?**
A: Yes, a carrying strap.  I don’t use it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth The Cost

I hesitated to buy this because the cost for what it is didn’t align but I was also tired of visiting my chiropractor multiple times a week. This device helped release the tension along my spine and has helped in between adjustments. I’ve been able to reduce the number of visits as well. It does seem a little too big for me as I am under 5’ and petite in size, I believe a narrower one would feel even better. It can feel a little intense so placing a blanket over it helps pad it some. Do not lay on it for too long, I laid on it while watching tv and that long duration seemed to increase my discomfort, it really only takes a few minutes.
