The upside is they're super healthy, have GORGEOUS coats, and their poop does not smell! The down side is that the poop is really dry and hard and looks to ME that the elimination process would be uncomfortable. The Smooth BM fixes that. The poops are still very firm but don't look as if they would be uncomfortable on the way out. Poop still doesn't smell! The reasons for only 4 stars is that I bought some for my sister's cat, who is a Manx, with a bad case of megacolon. This did not work for him. I did find another product that is in the form of granules (called Lax-eze) that worked wonders.
