## Description

This spray dryer granulates powder and dry-wet powder using a fluid bed. -Temp. Control Range: 40 to 220 °C (Inlet Temp.), 0 to 98 °C (Outlet Temp.) -Service Outlet for Stirrer: AC115V, Max. 2A -Suction Blower: Bypass Blower, Brushless DC Motor -Two-Way Nozzle -Hard Glass Chamber The spraying system includes a two-way nozzle. The unit has an automatic lift to enable convenient installation or removal of the glass-chamber attachment. Conditions such as hot air temperature, air amount, and binder liquid flow amount can be set easily with the setting dial on the front of the unit. A touch panel controls the blower, heater, liquid sending pump (fixed-amount peristaltic pump), pulse jet switch, and error display. Inlet/outlet temperature overheat, a sample feed reverse rotation mechanism, an over-current electric leakage breaker, and a nozzle connection error notice ensure safe operation.The chamber is made of hard glass, and the user can observe status of the fluid bed or spraying status. The flowage meter, the spraying pressure meter, and the chamber inlet/outlet temperature indicator are useful for evaluation of data. The unit can also be used as a spray dryer by installing the optional mini spray attachment GF300.
