**Q: I noticed when I put it on Sleep mode, it sounds like it's pulsing, and doesn't stay one consistent speed. Is this normal?**
A: The fan is used at another house and I am not around it to know if it has the pulsating that you described.  I am not sure if it is normal or a possible malfunction of the fan.

### ⭐⭐ It was used and screws missing

The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t cool off at all . It’s like a very slow fan even on high mode . Mine was a used one . All the foams inside the box were broken. The 4 screws to attach the base were missing so I had to go buy the right size screws . It make a rattling sound even when it’s not on swing mode. The remote was opened forcefully as you can see and the protector film was not on it , the batteries were already exposed and working immediately . I’m returning.

The fan is lovely and fits in the corner. The problem is it's noisy and constantly wakes meup. If you are a solid sleeper this fan is for you. If you are a light sleeper, look for a different fan
