They are correct in the image where they're shown in mm. I didn't bother checking if they were the same -- they're not. It's definitely smaller than 2 and 1/4 inches tall, and definitely smaller than 1 inch diameter. For example, see the attached photo. They should fix the description so that the written description is correct. I assumed that this would be the same size as another similar pill box that I bought, which had the same dimensions (in inches) in its description.
