I increased the rating because their customer service did everything they could to make it right and ultimately gave me a refund for the product.Loved the way these looked after putting them in! The orange complimented the car color, and they fit perfectly. However, after having them in for a couple weeks, I pulled the center console piece out to clean the car and noticed a very nasty, oily liquid underneath. Thinking maybe I spilled something (highly unlikely in a brand new car that's babied), I checked all of the other ones. Same gross substance. The car is kept in a garage that doesn't get hot and never sits outside for more than maybe a couple hours, so I don't think they melted. But if you have these installed, I'd take a look underneath just in case.
