I have a 15" space between my drawers and range where a trash compactor used to live. First I have to say that the build quality of this little fridge is exceptional. It is also very quiet, about as loud as a standard French door refrigerator. The interior has led lights on both the sides and top, and the color can be switched between an electric blue light or a bright white. I removed the glass shelves, but they were very nice frosted and tempered glass, with a little chrome accent bar running around the edge. Temperature is critical in dispensing beer, fluctuations can cause it to foam. This refrigerator has maintained temperature within a half degree up or down (measured with a seperate digital thermometer) regardless of ambient temperature AND being butted up against the range and oven even when the oven is in use for several hours. I'm very impressed. If you are looking to build your own kegerator for a tight or limited space, this refrigerator is perfect for the conversion. The rear hump, which the compressor is situated under, allows plenty of room for my 2.5lb CO2 cylinder, dual gauge regulator, fittings and lines. The interior is wide enough to fit a sixth barrel with room all around for airflow. It may be tall enough for a standard Sankey tap, but I decided to use a low profile tap instead, so I can't confirm 100% that a standard tap will fit. The low profile fits with no problems. There is also a small fan at the rear which circulates cold air, and it does an excellent job with maintaining an even temperature throughout the entire keg, even when kept permanently at 34degrees. Another excellent feature is the replaceable carbon charcoal air filter- the refrigerator still smells brand new inside. Overall I am extremely happy with the refrigerator so far, it went well above and beyond my expectations of a mini fridge.
