**Q: How do I put the ink in my et-2803?**
A: Just empty out the ink from the original epson ink bottles rinse the ink out let the bottles dry and and the hiipoo ink. Works perfectly

**Q: I bought this ink. change my ep 2720 over to sublimation.  and got a1 sublimation paper, and my orints will not transfer. not even a little.**
A: What was the percentage for the polyester?  It must be at least 65% polyester or you must use the special spray that you can get to coat the item before you sublimate.  The darker colors will not show up, and anything that is white, will be the color of your shirt.  Remember even the items that are at least 65% polyester will still fade some.

**Q: can you use this in the ET8550 for both bk & pb?**
A: You can only use the black Hippo to fill the section for black only. All the other colors need to be filled with their matching colors. Each color depends on each other.

**Q: Is this product good to use?**
A: Yes I use it all the time sublimation comes out bright and nice. Don’t over press they will be dark.
