I pump directly into these bags with that adapter. **Q: Can these bags be placed in the freezer?** A: You can place these in the freezer BUT they do not lie flat. This was a problem for us because we store them in 1 gallon ziplock bags. Their shape meant we could only put in a few at a time. We then tried Nuk bags. The frozen wedge shape just does not work for us. **Q: How do i warm breast milk stored and frozen in these bags?** A: I used to either let it thaw in the fridge or run the bag under hot water to thaw it/warm it.
