Must-have for those with older Colster 1.0 *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2020* This sleeve is the perfect companion to the Yeti Colster 1.0, especially if (like me) you find yourself often drinking 16oz. energy drinks or craft beers and have the top half of the can just hanging out and getting all warm.The exterior finish is identical in texture to the black Yeti screw-top, so it almost looks as though it's an official Yeti product. It screws down tight and solid. This thing is very well made!Some have complained about the lack of insulation, even deducting stars for it. I completely disagree with that, as the extension still seals in the cold and is much better than nothing at all. And it is much cheaper than buying Yeti's new tall can Colster...I did apply a little of my own insulation to the inside of the extension, just for kicks, and it works really well. I used a small strip of HVAC bubble wrap (the stuff you insulate air ducts with) and it mates perfectly with the Colster bottom lip to keep drinks cool.
