The reproducible pages are important ancillary items and instrumental for getting the message across to younger children. I taught Latin at the middle and high school levels for my entire career and am now teaching my grandchildren--ages 6 - 11. I was concerned about the pace, since the high school curriculum, being IB- and AP-oriented, moved very rapidly, and I was afraid of confusing younger children and having them lose interest.
