Review: I've had a wrist injury- issues, surgery, etc., for years, and have used several different braces. I ordered this one recently because I had some sort of tendonitis going on and needed the thumb splint. I wore it round the clock for about a month. It does the job; it immobilizes well. it's also the most comfortable brace I've ever owned, and is very soft on the inside. I would say it runs big. Based on their suggestion, the correct size for me was a large, so that's what I ordered, but I was just barely able to close the velcro straps because the brace was much too big. That being said, even though it was way too big, it still didn't shift much. With other braces I've used, I've had to readjust frequently throughout the day as it's shifted and the frame become uncomfortable. With this one, it didn't require any adjusting at all, even after waking in the morning. Definitely recommend.

I've had a wrist injury- issues, surgery, etc., for years, and have used several different braces. I ordered this one recently because I had some sort of tendonitis going on and needed the thumb splint. I wore it round the clock for about a month. It does the job; it immobilizes well. it's also the most comfortable brace I've ever owned, and is very soft on the inside. I would say it runs big.
