It leans more to a chilli jam flavour, but not as sweet, although the honey which you can't taste pulls it in that direction I suppose. Great flavour, and this 5 star review is for the taste only. If I was reviewing the price of it, it would be a different matter, but unfortunately it's not in the supermarkets so prices are high.
