I wore these for years at an indoor welding job where I tacked very small pieces together. I'd look away, or close my eyes while tacking; but a full day would burn my face. Sometimes I'd forget to close my eyes, and flash myself with a low amperage TIG arc. These safety glasses would stop that part of my face from getting exposure burnt, and my eyes wouldn't itch for days if I did catch an arc flash. It was also nice to have them on with other people welding around the shop, creating light pollution. Great UV protection, but not too tinted (dark) for indoor use; I feel they're perfect! I wear them all day camping, from sunrise, to chainsawing; to the campfire at night!Negatives would be they're not glass, so be careful to not scratch the lenses.
