This particular product is designed for women and should contain much of what is important for the body. The tablets each contain 29 essential vitamins and minerals. After reading through the ingredient list, it does appear that generous helpings of each are provided. With that in mind, the tablets are rather large and may be a little difficult for some to swallow, I know my wife will struggle a little with these. She does tend to cut larger tablets in half so that they are easier to swallow. Personally I don't find the size a problem if taken with a drink of water. At first glance these do seem to be a little expensive, but they are quite potent and certainly provide a lot more than my wife's regular multi vitamin. In fact the print on the bottle claims these are high potency and are highly absorbable. The only downside is that the open bottle does give off a slight odour when compared to my wife's regular multi vitamin, but the smell of a single tablet is not really that noticeable or off putting.
