However, I can't complain since she has worn them practically every day since she got them. We definitely got our money's worth out of them. These do fit a bit small so I had to buy a 1/2 size bigger than what she normally wears. My daughter wore them so much that the velcro is worn out and the lights and 1 shoe no longer work. Also the Ariel picture wears off after a while too since it is just painted on. They come in a very pretty princess shoe box. The parts of the sneaker that light up are the Ariel heart in the front and two of the circles on the side of the sneakers. They seem very durable and are absolutely beautiful! They also look very comfortable. My daughter (5 years old) tried them on and did not want to take them off. We are going to Disney in a few months and I bought these to go with an Ariel costume I ordered for her as I want her to be comfortable during our vacation.
