Wasn't sure if positive user experiences may have been a result of a placebo effect as opposed to any genuine improvements. My first impression was that the product is very nicely presented. Surprisingly, it has improved my ability to get a good night's rest and that outcome was more immediate than I had anticipated. It has reduced a stange lower back sensation that I often get, which causes me difficulties concentrating. Sensation gives rise to me wanting to move my legs. I take two tablets 20 mins. or so prior to going to bed and that helps me to gain a very good night's rest.
