I mean, it's a fan.First, it Really light.Weighs virtually nothing. Like as much as a pack of gumNext, it does not come with an electrical outlet plug.It's a USB designed to plug into your laptop.Yes, you could plug it into any extra USB plug adapters you have lying around. but,if it's going in your laptop, it's taking your charge.There were no directions in, or on, my box.So you should know, the power/speed control is touch activated on the top.As far as air & sound, there are 2 speeds.Setting one has a good breeze & soft, white noise.That is the only one I use. It relaxes me & doesn't blow my hair around.Circulates the air, keeps me comfy. The airflow is adequate but if you're older and get over heated, having this quiet device moving air directly at where you pointed it while you're surfing the internet is ideal.
