Super bummed about that, but Amazon was excellent about reimbursing me. I am hoping that the damage was a one time thing. The delivery guy was very good about he put the box, and not laying it out in the open. I don’t think they were the one to mishandle the box and cause damage. Sometimes things just happen. On the plus side- I am surprised how robust parts are in this thing! It is very heavy. I’m sure that an undamaged unit would last many years! Price was reasonable. I gave it one less star only because it arrived damaged.
