Its a real beast when it comes to baking. I tried pizza, cookies, cakes, pastry, patties and bati cooking (dal bati wali bati). Only thing to be careful about is the lid is of glass which is unbreakable and it gets really hot so use gloves(which obviously you will use) and my tip is preheat it at 180 degrees for 10 min then place food item carefully and then put 200degrees for 5minutes and then continue with 15 minutes for whatever you are cooking(but monitor frequently) as it's easy to see through you could do easily.
