I am diabetic and could not drink it if it had sugar in it. However, the sucralose they use has no after taste. I put it in carbonated water. So it is like drinking a can of soda without the sugar. Incidentally, it tastes great. **Q: Does this liquid water enhancer taste the same as the powder sticks** A: no. the liquid dissolves better and doesnt have a chalky taste like the powder does. I keep a box of the powder in the event I run out of the liquid, but it is not the same. **Q: how much volume constitutes a "squirt" Is a measure squirt? How long should the squeeze last? This seems impossible to consistently get the correct mi** A: They suggest around 8oz of water for one squirt. It’s not measured so it’s up to you to decide how much to add. I also use seltzer instead of plain water. You kind of get a feeling how hard to squeeze the bottle to have a consistent amount of flavoring. **Q: Can i know the full composition of ingridients?** A: I don't have the answer for you per se.
